Hugo Maclean is a D1NZ driver with a Hachi Roku that has seen a few different heart transplants in its life time. The car now runs with a 13b turbo but has had a Honda F20c in its past. The sound of the bridge ported rotary engine is not something you get to hear every day.
The fitment of this car is pure Boss! Some people show there style in there cars and Hugo is definitely one of those people. He always manages to pull his car together to make it roll hard and look baller. Seeing a car stanced like this yet getting drifted so hard is pretty cool and something people often take for granted.
His done some changes recently stripping some more weight of the old Toyota as well as doing a tube front end. He has taken a simple yet serious approach to building the car.
Many hours before events are put into the car with not just himself but many friends as well. Its good to see friends and a group of people to come together and help out or be involved in scene that every one loves. It reminds me of bringing drifting back to its roots with everybody coming together to enjoy one passion.
